All messages comply with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier guidelines. End users always have the right to opt out by replying STOP and can request help by replying HELP. Consent to receive messages is obtained by our clients prior to submission to the platform.


3. SMS Messaging & Consent

By providing your mobile number directly to us or through an authorized partner, you consent to receive SMS messages, including:

  • Promotions
  • Alerts
  • Updates
  • Transactional notifications
  • Two-factor authentication messages (where applicable)
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt-Out Rights

After opting out, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

Opt-out requests are processed immediately but may take up to 24 hours to become effective.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.

If we discover such information, we will delete it promptly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and to refuse content that violates these terms.

13.1 Reassigned numbers
If a mobile number is reassigned to a new user by the carrier, messaging may be stopped for that number. Users must re-opt in to receive messages. Clients are responsible for regularly validating and updating their contact lists to avoid messaging reassigned numbers. 


12.1 Carrier disclaimer
Carriers control message routing and delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery times, routing paths, or carrier handling, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We act only as a service provider delivering messages on their behalf.
 We do not review, monitor, or verify client opt-in lists. Clients are fully responsible for ensuring all recipients have provided valid consent.
