Intermediate holdings of New Jersey LLC (d/b/a SMS MARKETINGS) acts only as a service provider. We process and send messages solely for clients who have certified proper consent. SMS MARKETINGS does not collect phone numbers directly on this website. 

 

Client Responsibilities for SMS Consent

All clients using our SMS marketing services are required to collect proper user consent (opt-in) before submitting phone numbers to our platform. 


Clients must ensure that:

  • Consumers have knowingly opted in to receive SMS and MMS messages.
  • Opt-in methods follow TCPA, CTIA, and carrier compliance guidelines.
  • Consent records (timestamp, source, method) are stored and retrievable if required.
  • No purchased, scraped, or non-consented lists are used.


By using our services, clients acknowledge their full responsibility for obtaining and managing all SMS/MMS opt-in consent from their end users. SMS MARKETINGS processes and sends messages only to phone numbers provided by clients who have certified proper consent.


Intermediate holdings of New Jersey LLC (SMS MARKETINGS) strictly prohibits the use of purchased, rented, scraped, or non-consented contact lists. Only contacts collected with proper opt-in consent may be used for messaging campaigns. 


 Who Sends These Messages

SMS/MMS messages are sent by SMS MARKETINGS on behalf of our clients. We provide messaging delivery services for multiple businesses. This means the messages you receive may include the name of the client business you interacted with, such as QMF or other financing partners.

When you submit your information on our clients’ websites or forms, you are providing express written consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from their brand, delivered through our platform. These messages may include application updates, follow-ups, reminders, and promotional offers.

All messages follow TCPA and CTIA guidelines and always include opt-out instructions.

1. How SMS Consent Is Collected

Carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages. SMS MARKETINGS is not responsible for third-party carrier delays.

By using SMS MARKETINGS services, clients certify that all phone numbers submitted have valid opt-in consent. SMS MARKETINGS reserves the right to suspend or terminate messaging for non-compliant campaigns.
